Choose Your Firearm or Suppressor Online
Find the firearm you want from a trusted online retailer like GunBroker, Palmetto State Armory, Buds Gun Shop or better yet let us special order it for you directly.

At checkout, list Black Box Ballistics as your receiving dealer. We are listed with most major online shops. If the seller needs it, we’ll send them our license directly.

Once the item arrives, we enter it into our FFL log and inspect the shipment. We’ll notify you immediately when it has arrived.

Come by with your government-issued photo ID. You’ll fill out Form 4473 (don’t worry—we’ll help if it’s your first time) and complete a quick NICS background check. For suppressors there are some extra paperwork.

Before initiating the transfer process, it’s essential to get in touch with BlackBox Ballistics to inform them about your intention to transfer a firearm. Step 2: Gather Required Information
To facilitate the transfer process, we will need to gather some essential information, including:

- Any pertinent documentation related to the firearm (purchase receipt, ownership documents)
Having this information readily available will streamline the transfer process and ensure everything moves smoothly.
Step 3: Arrange for Firearm Shipment
Once you’ve coordinated with BlackBox Ballistics and gathered all the necessary information, you’ll need to arrange for the shipment of the firearm to their location. Ensure that you comply with all federal and state laws regarding the shipping of firearms to avoid any legal complications.
Step 4: Visit BlackBox Ballistics  for Background Check
Once the firearm has been delivered to our location, you will need to visit BlackBox Ballistics to complete the transfer process. Below are the fees for the transfer:
During your visit, you will undergo the required background check as per BlackBox Ballistics state law. Once the background check is completed, and all necessary paperwork is processed, the firearm will be transferred to you legally.
Step 5: Complete Transfer Paperwork
Before leaving BlackBox Ballistics premises, ensure that you complete all necessary paperwork related to the firearm transfer. This may include filling out a transfer form, providing identification, and signing any required documents.
Step 6: Take Possession of the Firearm
Once all paperwork is completed and the background check has been approved, you will be able to take possession of the transferred firearm. If you are delayed on the background check for any reason, you will be notified once we have the approval and can schedule another day to pick up your firearm.Â
