Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS
- Return of Un-opened Items
Not thrilled with your order? No worries — we’ve got your back (within reason). If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 10 business days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned unopened and in the original box can be refunded, exchanged, or credited — minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Return of Opened Items
Got a little too curious and opened the box? That’ll be an additional 15% open box fee, bringing the total restock to 25%. All returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issuance and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and whatever else came in the box.
- We do not accept returns on:
- Special orders or custom-built items
- Used or installed items (you break it, you buy it… or even just use it)
- Firearms and NFA items after ATF paperwork starts
- Optics, lights, night vision, or anything electronic (too risky)
- Return Shipping Advice:
Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package. If it’s lost or damaged and you didn’t track or insure it, that’s on you. USPS has limited tracking and a 30-day delay before they’ll even look into it, so keep that in mind.
